IMR-自动送箔机
俗称模内转印，是事先将图案印刷在薄膜上，然后导入注塑模具内，通过送箔机自动输送定位，将成型用的塑料注入模具内与膜片接合，使印刷在膜片上的图案转印到你所需要的产品上面。当产品注塑完成，图案印刷也同步完成了，不需要二次印刷加工。适用于空调面板、洗衣机面板等家电行业，汽车内饰、3c电子行业、遥控器、手机外壳等。
•整机采用美铝7075铝材，经由大型cnc电脑锣精密加工，配以金属氧化喷砂，精度高，外观高档大方。
•进口茶色亚克力防尘罩，既能起到防尘作用，外观高档美观
•采用台湾原装上银导轨，配以高精密滑块，台湾tbi滚珠丝杆，保证运行稳定，顺畅，更耐用。
•张力控制系统，时时检测薄膜输出，保证转印箔受力更均匀，平行度更好，生产更稳定。
•采用进口光纤感应器，配合三菱伺服电机纠偏，智能数控式调整薄膜上下左右位置，精度高，速度快。
•原装进口proface手持式触摸屏，使操作者能轻松地在模具旁进行调试，提高调机的效率和准确率。
